Hanson + Jung was retained by Sushi-Q to help them expand their existing franchise operation through the design and implementation of numerous takeout food outlets typically located as kiosks or in line stores within a high traffic food court setting in shopping malls. We prepared design and construction documents, negotiated with Landlords and Authorities having jurisdiction and provided construction contract administration.
