This facility was designed to accommodate a PET Scanner, control room, associated patient prep area, staff areas, and a hot lab space and was constructed within an existing space located in a larger hospital complex.

The space was designed with a strong sensitivity to the needs of the patient, offering a caring and nurturing environment in which they could feel both safe and comfortable. Equally as important was the safety of the staff that worked in the suite who had to be protected from exposure to the radioactive substances that are typically used in the scan process.
